The High Commissioner of Ghana to Sierra Leone on 12th November, 2025 made a presentation on the second edition of his book " The Evolving ECOWAS Normative Architecture and Contemporary International Law" at the Horton Military Command and Staff College in Freetown. The High Commissioner also presented copies of his books to the College, which were received by the Director of Studies and Acting Commandant, Col. Conteh In attendance at the presentation were senior military officers from the Sierra Leone Armed Forces.
