H.E. Mrs. Worwornyo Agyeman

The Ghana High Commission in Sierra Leone is headed by Her Excellency Mrs. Worwornyo Agyeman. H.E. Mrs. Worwornyo Agyeman obtained BSc. (Hons) Development Planning from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana in 1990 and MA International Affairs from the Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy (LECIAD), Legon, Accra, Ghana in 1992. Mrs. Agyeman has over 30 years working experience in the Ghana Foreign Service. She has previously served in Ghana's Missions in India, Rome, Zambia and the Czech Republic, and attended numerous conferences and workshops both abroad and in Ghana. Prior to her appointment as the Ghana's High Commissioner to the Republic of Sierra Leone, Mrs. Worwornyo Agyeman was the Director of Information and Public Affairs Bureau at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Accra-Ghana.
